 Go to your dashboard > Profile > KYC Verification. Submit your ID, selfie, and proof of address. Our team usually reviews within 24–48 hours.

First, make sure you selected the correct network and used the correct wallet address when making your deposit. If either is incorrect, the funds may be lost or delayed.

If the information is correct and your deposit still hasn’t appeared, please use our Check Deposit tool:

  • 1- Select the coin

  • 2- Choose the network

  • 3- Enter the transaction hash (TxID)
